Booking conditions and current prices are understood as accepted and subscribed entirely at the first booking request. The management reserves the right to update and/or change terms at any moment: In this case, for those who have already booked the same prices and conditions valid at the time of booking will be kept.

Tariffs: the current rates, which can be consulted in the tariffs section of the web-site, are those which have been notified to the competent provinces and which are displayed at reception. The tariffs are valid for weekly rentals. The number of persons occupying the houses must not be superior to the number indicated at the time of booking.

Deposit and Balance: as a final booking confirmation a deposit of at least 30% is required which can be paid by credit card, bank draft or postal order (detailed instructions will be communicated on confirmation of booking).

The deposit is not refundable under any condition. The balance for the entire period of rental, excluding the services payable on-site, must be paid 15 days before the arrival date, unless differently stated at the time of booking. The balance for services payable on site must be paid before departure.

A security deposit in case of damages to and theft of property belonging to Borgo Le Cinischie equivalent to 20% of the entire rental value will be requested at the time of arrival unless differently stated at the time of booking. This security deposit will be refunded in its entirety at the moment of departure if no damages or theft of said property have occurred.

Duration of stay, check-in and check-out: the rental duration is from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time from 3:00 pm Check-out time before 10:00 am.

Complains: any inconvenience, remarks or criticism should be notified in writing to the management as soon as possible during the stay.

Privacy Policy: the information requested is indispensable for allowing the booking process to be carried out efficiently. This information will be treated in conformance with the current laws regarding privacy and security of personal data (D.LGS 196/2003 and successive modifications).
