Basic (Included)
The basic service includes: daily breakfast pack (biscuits, croissants, milk, coffee, tea) weekly rental, taxes, final cleaning and linen change, heating costs, hot and cold water and our personal shopping service.
All the houses are equipped with access to internet, independent heating, burglar alarm and video-intercom. Each kitchen has: gas cooker hob, cooker hood, electric fan assisted oven, dish-washer, refrigerator with freezer, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and cooking utensils. All the houses have private parking and guests can use the whole Borgo grounds with swimming pool and barbecues.
The basic service does not include: extra cleaning and extra linen change, and costs for internet connection.
Plus
The "plus" services are available on request.
Guests can require the desired service at the reception, with at least 48 hours advance.
The booking of the service can also be made via e-mail. In this case a bank transition of 30% of the service amount is needed as deposit to cover the service organization costs.
The deposit is non-refundable.
